Several Cats Available For Adoption in Newtown
The animal shelter has cats of all shapes, sizes, and colors, many of whom were seized by the State Department of Agriculture.

An opportunity for cat lovers has opened up at the Newtown Animal Shelter.
A large number of cats were rescued recently from a property in Newtown. They had been living in poor conditions and were seized by the State Department of Agriculture and brought to the shelter for care and adoption.

They come in all size and colors - black, white, gray, orange, and even a Tortoiseshell. Some are domestic short haired, while others sport long coats.

All of them are in good health and have their shots up to date. All are spayed or neutered or soon will be.
Some of them are shy while others are quite outgoing, but all of them need a good home!
Stop by the the Brian J. Silverlieb Animal Care and Control Center located on Old Farm Road to check them all out.
