Town Players of Newtown Host Benefit Concert

The jazz concert benefit takes place May 14.

Jazz lovers rejoice! Benefit concert on May 14!

Town Players is pleased to host a benefit jazz concert at the Little Theatre on Saturday, May 14 at 8:00 p.m. Performers include internationally performing jazz drummer and teacher Marvin Bugalu Smith; Grammy-award winning producer and jazz bassist Malcolm Cecil; composer, teacher and jazz guitarist Dr. Ron Petrides; internationally known jazz saxophonist and teacher Tim Hegarty; and jazz student Josie Cuevas. Come for an evening of smooth music while supporting a great cause - proceeds will benefit a local charitable organization.

Tickets are $20 and must be purchased in advance at the UPS Store, 261 S. Main St. (RT. 25), Newtown (across from Stop and Shop, next to Five Guys). Tickets are not available through Town Players. Call the UPS Store for more information at 203-426-4044. We hope to see you there!
