Two Arrested in Brawl at Newtown Restaurant: Police

Police say one victim was struck in the head with a glass and was taken to the hospital.

NEWTOWN, CT — A man and a woman were arrested following a fight at The Foundry Restaurant that injured two victims Saturday night, according to police. Officers reported to the restaurant at 9:09 p.m. for a report of a fight, which was over when police arrived.

Police say one victim was treated for a cut on his hand an another was struck in the head with a glass. The second victim was transported to Danbury hospital.

Lori Logan, 44, of New Fairfield was arrested and charged with breach of peace: fight causing minor injury and assault in the third degree. Jonathan Neuhausel, 43, of Southbury was charged with breach of peace: fight causing minor injury.

Both were released on $500 surety bonds and are due in Danbury Superior Court on June 29.
