Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

Mark Duclos, SIOR of Sentry Commercial along with Mark Berkowitz and Frank Hird, SIOR of O,R&amp;L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale. Berkowitz represented the buyer, Burech Glauber and Abraham Silberstein of Silver Properties. The seller, Branford Realty II, LLC, was represented by Hird and Duclos."The cooperation between these agents is what made this complicated deal come together," a news release from O,R&amp;L Commercial, LLC reads. The firms represent landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
