North Branford Celebrates Veterans At Annual Veterans Day Luncheon
Veterans were honored at a luncheon held by the town's Parks & Rec and Senior Center staff at the Stanley T. Williams Community Center.
NORTH BRANFORD, CT — The town celebrated veterans at the annual Veterans Day Luncheon, held by the town's Parks & Rec and Senior Center staff at the Stanley T. Williams Community Center Thursday.
"Special thanks to guests Mayor Rose Angeloni, State Representative Vincent Candelora, Comptroller Sean Scanlon, and Town Councilor-elect Vincent Mase, Sr. for joining us for the afternoon, and to the Veterans Service Commission for participating today as well," Town Manager Michael Downes wrote.
The special guest speaker was Executive Director for House of Heroes CT, Carol May.
