Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

North Branford police logs, April 7-14:April 7Eladio Cervantes, 48 of New Haven, was charged with cruelty to animals. April 9Louis D. Iannotti, 81, of Durham, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. April 10Timothy Sherrick, 35, of Northford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. April 13Darcy Lee Fray, 41 of North Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
