Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

May 16 Timothy Sherrick, 35, of Northford, was charged with risk of injury to a child. May 18 Alana Jean Zartolas, 40, of North Branford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. May 19 Eric R. Garcia, 39, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal attempt/arson, second-degree threatening/physical threat and disorderly conduct. May 21 Matthew P. Mastriano, 38, of Northford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and failure to store firearm/re: minor child access. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
