Robert Frank Rispoli, 46, of 315 Eastern Street, New Haven, charged January 31st with larceny in the 6th degree.

Gregory West, 34, of 86 Kirkham Street, Branford, charged February 4th its assault on a peace officer/fd/ems.

Todd Hunt Blomquist, 49, of C/O Garner, CI, Newtown, charged February 9th with criminal violation of a standing criminal restraining order.

Tess Smith, 19, of 32 Taylor Avenue, East Haven, charged February 11th with failure to pay or plead.

Roberto F. Palmieri, 43, of 859 Thompson Street, North Haven, charged February 12th with possession of controlled substance.
