Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — North Branford police made several arrests this past week. All are only charged at this time. Arrested were: John Floyd Thayer, 44, of 73 Park Street, East Haven, charged July 30th with larceny in the 5th degree. Kayla Dibene, 22, of 52 Beecher Place, New Haven, charged July 31st with larceny in the 6th degree. Raffaelle Romano, 41, of 255 Twin Lakes Road, North Branford, charged August 2nd with disorderly conduct. Joseph Anthony Mongillo, 21, of 24 Red Bluff Road, East Haven, charged August 3rd with assault 3rd degree. Nicole Woodin, 49, of 8 Sea Hill, North Branford, charged August 3rd with operating under the influence, failure to drive reasonable distance apart/causing accident. Zeynullah Yeroz, 47, of 220 Concord, New Haven, charged August 3rd with disorderly conduct.
