Poppys Restaurant 

Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT - North Branford Police made several arrests last week. All are only charged at this time. Arrested were: Matthew Alicea, 28, of 29 Hubble Street, Bridgeport, arrested Oct. 28th for burglary 3, criminal trespass 3, larceny 6. Justin Zacks, 37, of 137 Russo Avenue, East Haven, charged Oct. 28th with failure to appear, operating tow/unregistered MV, no insurance, operating with registration/license suspended/revoked. Jenna Cecarelli, 32, of 199 Old Post Road, Northford, charged Oct. 30th with disorderly conduct. Maria Savannah Bauer, 32, of 392 State Street, North Haven, charged Oct. 31 with criminal violation of protective order. (name removed) Peter Finnegan, 20, of 282 Peach Road, Waterbury, charged Nov. 2nd with spending, operating under influence, failure to carry license.
