Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — A North Branford resident won nearly $15,000 on a lottery ticket that was sold in North Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $14,585 on a Play 4 ticket that was sold at North Haven Petro LLC at 95 Washington Avenue in North Haven. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
