Road Closures For Monday's North Branford Memorial Day Parade

NORTH BRANFORD, CT —In preparation for the Memorial Day Parade Monday, police have shared a map of both roadway closures and detours.

Foxon Road at Commerce Drive will be shut down to all vehicular traffic starting at 9:40 a.m. to the conclusion of the event. The closure will extend to the intersection of Foxon Road and North Street.

Intersections at State and Town roads connecting to the extent of the closure will also be closed to vehicular traffic.

If you are attending the event it is strongly advised to arrive before 9:40 am as once the road is closed it will not be opened until the event has concluded. This is for the safety of all those in attendance and we appreciate patience during this time.

Detour routes for those traveling the area can use Twin Lakes Road, Notch Hill Road to Branford Road and West Pond Road to Route 1. Signage will be posted prior and during the event. Please plan accordingly if you are traveling to other destinations.
