From the Bench: ONE TEAM-ONE MIND-ONE GOAL - NHVB 2021 Season

Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence. – Vince Lombardi.

Yes, the 2021 North Haven girls volleyball team chased perfection and yes even with a loss to RHAM in the CIAC Semi Finals last night they attained excellence. With a 20-6 season and playoff record these girls are amazing! The captains All SCC players Hannah Auddino and Caroline Toni along with Coach Brianna Kleckner’s leadership never gave up and if you ever watch them play they always had fun. From the funny glasses to the warm up music and their great entrance's to a game, this team had a great time. Toni and Auddino had help though, Senior Alexys Signor, who played Libero, was a huge contributor in every game.

Juniors, Maren Hill, Sophia Vauiso, Kayla Balisciano, Sarah Herrera along with freshmen Lucia Cavaliere and Alyssa Ferriouolo come back next year as a strong nucleus for the 2022 team.

From the Bench wishes the seniors the best of luck in the future and I will be following the 2022 NH Volleyball team next year.
