North Haven Football Rolls Into Class MM Semifinals
Seven different players scored for the Nighthawks in their 50-0 quarterfinal victory over Thames River on Tuesday night.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — The North Haven football team rolled into the Class MM semifinals with a 50-0 quarterfinal victory over No. 4 Thames River on Tuesday night at Grasso Tech in Groton.
The fifth-seeded Nighthawks (9-2) will take on No. 8 Wilton (8-3) in the semifinals on Sunday, Dec. 4.
North Haven got on the board early with a 2-0 lead after blocking a punt out of the end zone for a safety on Thames River’s opening possession.

It was off to the races from there, with seven different players scoring for the Nighthawks.
