3 Accused Of Drug Dealing In Norwalk: Police

NORWALK, CT — Three men were arrested in the past week on narcotics charges, following a months-long investigation by the Norwalk Police Department’s Special Services Division into illegal narcotics sales in the city.

"As a result of this investigation, three individuals were identified as being involved in the possession and distribution of large quantities of illegal narcotics," police officials said in a statement.

Below are the three suspects, their arrest dates and charges:

Arrested: Kevin Daniel Reese, 33, of Bridgeport
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (4 counts), Sale of Narcotics (4 counts), Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Suspension (3 counts), Conspiracy to Sell Narcotic Substance (2 counts), Conspiracy to Possess Controlled Substance (1

Arrested: Jason Sampson, 36, of Norwalk
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (1 count), Sale of Narcotics (2 counts)

Arrested: Jaequann Gilbert, 33, of Bridgeport
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (4 counts), Sale of Narcotics (4 counts), Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Suspension (4 counts), Conspiracy to Sell Narcotic Substance (1 count)
Bond: $450,000
Court Date: August 15, 2025

Gilbert was taken into custody with the assistance of the Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime unit.
