'Cocktails for a Cause' to Benefit Kids with Cancer

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties in Darien, Norwalk and Rowayton, hosts its annual Cocktails for a Cause, to be held at Klaff’s to benefit The Sunshine Kids, a nonprofit organization which provides kids with cancer a break from treatment and hospitals by funding opportunities for travel and opportunities to participate in positive activities with other children who are dealing with similar issues.

Here in Connecticut, Sunshine Kids works with children being treated at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford, Yale New Haven Children’s Medical Center in New Haven and the Pediatric Hematology Oncology Association in Guilford. The money raised will be used towards trips and activities for young cancer patients. The Sunshine Kids family is dedicated to providing the most exciting activities, trips and events, free of charge, for as many young cancer patients as possible.
