Established a thriving rental market on Norwalk’s north side
As leasing agent for the 63 unit townhouse community, Summerview Square, Church succeeded in establishing a thriving rental market in what had been an abandoned neighborhood on the north side of Norwalk. He was astute in marketing the one, two and three bedroom townhouses to empty nesters who were no longer interested in homeownership, and Gen Y execs who wanted the convenience and action of Norwalk living.

Michael Church leased each phase of townhomes within weeks of their release, and Summerview Square consistently outperformed high rise rental developments throughout Norwalk.
