NEON & CDI Discuss Reopening of Head Start

The following is a press release from NEON:
Thursday afternoon NEON Inc.'s management team and representatives of Community Development Institute (CDI,) the organization designated by the federal Administration for Children and Families to administer Norwalk Head Start during NEON's 30 day suspension, held an initial two-hour meeting to discuss the details of the agreements required to finalize a Memo of Understanding (MOU) that will allow the re-opening of Norwalk Head Start at the earliest possible date. 

NEON Child Development Program parents also participated in the meeting.Discussions will continue throughout the week.
