Norwalk Man Charged With Assault, Unlawful Restraint: Police
The 40-year-old man was arrested overnight Tuesday and faces several charges, Norwalk police said.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk resident arrested early Tuesday morning faces a slew of charges, including assault and unlawful restraint, Norwalk police said.
At 1:56 a.m. Tuesday, Juan Lima, 40, of Norwalk was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct, according to police reports.
Around 10 minutes later (at 2:07 a.m.), three more charges against him were added: Second-degree reckless endangerment, evasion of responsibility for injury/property damage, and unsafe backing, police reports said.

Lima's bond was set at $25,000. He has a court appearance scheduled Tuesday for the first set of charges, and another set for March 30 for the second set.
