Norwalk Man Charged In Child Sexual Exploitation Case: Police
His arrest stems from an investigation into a letter claiming a child had been "sexually exploited by a known person," police said.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man was arrested Tuesday following a months-long investigation into a child exploitation case, police said.
Franklin Eaton was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury. He was taken into custody outside his place of business and courts set his bond at $100,000.
The investigation began in October 2021, when a child's family received what Bridgeport police called "a disturbing letter" that claimed the child had been sexually exploited by a known person.
