A Norwalk resident will receive $25,000 each year for the rest of his life after winning a recent lottery drawing.
NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk resident will receive $25,000 each year for the rest of his life after he recently scratched off a winning lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Donald Finch of Norwalk claimed his winning ticket on Thursday, the Connecticut Lottery website says. Finch played the Lucky for Life game and bought his ticket at Pressure Discount Tobacco LLC in Norwalk.
