Norwalk Police Remind Residents To Lock Their Vehicles
Norwalk police also warn residents that leaving valuables in a car can "draw attention and entice illegal entry into your vehicle."

NORWALK, CT — Norwalk police are warning residents to lock their vehicles and bring their valuables inside.
In a Facebook post Monday, police encouraged residents to lock their vehicles upon exiting and to bring their keys and fobs with them.
"Please do not leave your fobs in your vehicle," police said on Facebook, "it makes the vehicle easier and more likely to be stolen."

Police also encouraged residents not to leave valuables in their cars as they "tend to draw attention and entice illegal entry" into the vehicle.
"Lets work together to reduce stolen vehicles and related incidents," police said.
