'Aggressive Solicitation Practices' Lead To Suspension Of Company's Permit: Norwalk Police
Police said the company's city solicitor permit was suspended following "multiple arrests of unlicensed solicitors" and other violations.

NORWALK, CT — A company's solicitor permit has been suspended in Norwalk for 120 days following "aggressive solicitation practices" and other violations, according to police.
In a news release, Police Sgt. Ryan Evarts said Tuesday the city solicitor permit issued to Limitless Management LLC, a company doing business as Frontier Communication, was recently suspended following "multiple arrests of unlicensed solicitors, solicitation after dark and aggressive solicitation practices against Norwalk residents after dusk," as well as on properties where "no soliciting" signs were posted.
Solicitation in Norwalk is only permitted by companies with a solicitation permit and licensed employees with clearly identifiable information, according to Evarts.
