NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk resident is $77,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket at a nearby business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Monday, the city resident purchased a winning "Diamond 7s" ticket at Jet Vape & Tobacco in Norwalk and won $77,777, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
