Norwalk Town Clerk's Mascot of Shredded Absentee Ballot Applications
At Norwalk City Hall the Town Clerk's office created this snowman out of 2007 absentee ballot applications. Any suggestions for a name for this chap?
I spend a lot of time in the Town Clerk's office at Norwalk City Hall where I type up piles of property transfers. It's a crazy busy, but happy, gregarious place and I've met some nice, random people there.
The Town Clerk, Rick McQuaid, and his staff have a nice sense of humor. They recently created a mascot in the form of a snowman formed from shredded 2007 absentee ballot applications.
The snowman's pipe is fashioned from a St. Patrick's Day souvenir and his orange "carrot" nose is improvised from a plastic cap.
Any suggestions for a name for this fellow?
