The woman was not struck and was unsure what kind of projectiles were shot at her, Podgorski said.
Officers later stopped a 2011 gray Acura MDX at the intersection of Monroe and South Main streets and found paintballs and a paintball gun inside the vehicle, according to Podgorski.
The driver, Mason Riina, 18, of Norwalk, and two 17-year-old juvenile passengers were each arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
Riina's bond was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear in court next month, according to Podgorski.
