Police: Three Burglars Arrested, Tools Worth Thousands Returned to Owners
Norwalk police say they arrested three men accused of stealing tools, mostly from homes under construction.

Three burglars who went mostly to homes under construction to steal tools and construction material have been arrested and the property recovered, Norwalk police said.
On Monday, police arrested Wilmer Arias, 37, a Norwalk resident who conspired with Elvin Natalio Ramos-Telles and Alberto Silva-Garcia (both of whom were previously arrested) in the series of thefts, according to police.
Thousands of dollars worth of stolen power tools were found from multiple burglaries, and the items are being returned to their owners, police said.

“Detectives [Dominick] Cisero and [Justin] Bisceglie were praised for their hard work and persistence in bringing closure to these investigations,” a Police Department news release said.
Arias was arrested on four separate arrest warrants charging him with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy, and hewas initially held on $60,000 bond, according to police.
