Several Shell Casings Found After Shots Fired In Norwalk: Police

NORWALK, CT — Several shell casings were found by officers investigating a report of shots fired Friday night in Norwalk, according to police.

In a news release, Police Lt. Tomasz Podgorski said gunshots were reported around 9 p.m. in the area of Connecticut Avenue.

As officers searched the area, they found several shell casings, Podgorski said.

Podgorski said the department is actively investigating the incident and asks anyone with information to contact Detective James Barron at 203-854-3031 or email him at Jbarron@norwalkct.gov.
