Congratulations to the members of the Norwalk High School Marching Band and Colorguard.
The NHS Marching Band came in first place this past weekend at the Musical Arts Conference Championships.
They are the 2013 National Class Champions with a score of 98.2. (Trumbull 97.9, Newtown 94.55)

In addition to winning the championship, the band also took home awards for best music, best marching, best woodwinds, best brass and best drum major.
This is the second year in a row that the NHS band has won the CT state championship.
