South Norwalk residents, business owners and patrons were in the dark for about 20 minutes at around lunchtime Tuesday afternoon, according to Norwalk police.
The outage was due to a failure at an area transfer station, police said, but as of 2 p.m., power to the neighborhood was fully restored.
