Man, 18, Accused Of Stealing Vehicle In Norwalk Burglary Arrested: Police
An 18-year-old man accused of stealing a vehicle from a Norwalk home was recently arrested, according to police.

NORWALK, CT — An 18-year-old city resident accused of stealing a vehicle from a Norwalk home was recently arrested, according to police.
In a news release, Police Lt. Tomasz Podgorski said a residential burglary was reported Jan. 26 at a San Vincenzo Place residence.
During their investigation, police learned the owner's vehicle and items from their home had been stolen in the burglary, Podgorski said.

After further investigation, police discovered the suspects drove the stolen vehicle to the Stamford Town Center mall, where they sold various stolen items, according to Podgorski.
After numerous interviews, reviewing surveillance footage and analyzing vehicle GPS, officers determined the suspects were known to the owner, Podgorski said.

Police later obtained an arrest warrant for Justin Gross, 18, of Norwalk, and charged him with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.
His bond was set at $200,000 and he appeared in court Thursday, according to Podgorski.
Podgorski also noted the burglary is still under investigation and additional arrests are possible.
