NORWALK, CT — An area resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket last week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Friday, a West Haven resident purchased a winning "Jumbo Bucks" ticket at Vista Shell in Norwalk and won $10,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
