Orange Man Charged with Violating Order

He allegedly entered a home where there was an active restraining order against him, according to police.

 

An Orange man was arrested on charges he violated a restraining order after police were called to a Meetinghouse Circle home Jan. 3.

Orange Police were called to the home at about 2:45 a.m., according to reports.

"Upon arrival, officers learned that the arrestee had entered a private residence on Meetinghouse Circle in violation of a restraining order," according to the report.

Blaze Garbatini, 43, of 512 Meetinghouse Circle, Orange, was charged with violation of a restraining order.

He was released after posting $10,000 bond and was arraigned the same day in Derby Superior Court. He is due back in court on Jan. 24.
