A Beardsley Road man is accused of taking part in damaging the Shelton High School baseball/softball field.
Eric Howard, 18, is charged with first degree criminal mischief and simple trespass. Police said on May 24, Howard was a passenger in a car that was driven by a juvenile on the field.
Howard is free on a written promise to appear in Derby Superior Court.
