Justin Ryan Creasea, 23, of Waverly Road, is charged with attempted possession of marijuana.
Police said Creasea was trying to buy marijuana and officers set up a buy, where he was arrested.
Creasea's bond was set at $5,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
