Fire officials said crews extricated a driver from a vehicle after it rolled over into a utility pole in Shelton.
SHELTON, CT — Crews extricated a driver from a vehicle after it rolled over into a utility pole in Shelton on Sunday, according to fire officials.
In a news release, fire officials said crews were called to Bridgeport Avenue around 5:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
When firefighters arrived, they found a vehicle had rolled over into a utility pole, fire officials said.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was found unconscious and trapped inside, according to fire officials.
Crews ultimately removed the roof of the vehicle to gain access to the driver, fire officials said.
