Obituary: Kevin Z. Kisly Sr., 64, of Shelton

SHELTON, CT - (From Adzima Funeral Home) Kevin Z. Kisly Sr., age 64, of Shelton, beloved husband of Susan Hayas Kisly, passed away suddenly on November 6, 2021, at Griffin Hospital, Derby.

Kevin was born in Summit, New Jersey on November 1, 1957, to the late Bernard and Anne Piorkowski Kisly and had been a longtime area resident.

He was a graduate of Bridgewater Raritan East High School and attended Parks College in Illinois. Kevin was an IT Engineer for 38 years at Sikorsky Aircraft and was an avid classic car enthusiast.

Kevin also enjoyed boating, snowboarding, playing the guitar and was a 'Jack of all trades'.

Survivors in addition to his wife of 31 years include his devoted children, Kevin Z. Kisly Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Pennsylvania, David M. Kisly of Florida, and Ashley Rae Kisly and her husband Braeden of Florida, 4 cherished grandchildren, Zachary, Derek, Penelope, and Levi, a brother, Paul Kisly sister, Judy Ward, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Kevin was pre-deceased by his son, Christian, and brother, Bernard.

Friends and family may visit on Monday, November 15, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.

Masks are required, as visitors walk through, pay their respects, and exit without lingering to ensure all guests can come through the building.

A Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, November 17th at 10 a.m. meeting directly at Milford Christian Church 989 New Haven Ave Milford.
