Currently I work in the healthcare field but I carry an Associates Certificate in Accounting.

Family:

My sister Ginny she lives in New Hampshire but we are very close. My sons Michael who is 29 and my son Christian 26 who lives in Chicago. My Husband Gino and I have been married for seven years this November.

Does anyone in your family work in politics or government?

No.

Previous public office, appointive or elective:

Justice of the Peace in the Town of Derby.

Why are you seeking this office?

I want to serve for my residents of Derby. I want to make sure Derby starts being more transparent with it’s residents and being more honest.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:

Not being more transparent with the residents of Derby. A lot of meetings tend to not happen for months at a time. I want to make sure we are ensuring we have our meetings on a regularly basis and having agendas ahead of time so when voting it’s not rushed and it’s fair for all sides.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I am definitely the fresh face. The out of the box thinker.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

Want to make sure we maintain fiscal responsibility.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

I have co-founded Derby Youth Annual Easter Egg Hunt held at the Osborndale State Park organized events and organized the volunteers. I can work in a high stress and high demand situations.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Stay true to yourself!

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I am so excited about running for The Tax Board, I have been wanting to participate and serve my community more.
