A Southbury man is accused of stealing from Lincoln Tech on Progress Drive in Shelton.
Joshua Freitis, 25, of Kettletown Road, is charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Police said he was arrested by warrant June 3 after he was caught on a security camera.
Freitis' bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
