A Shelton man was arrested after a security camera caught him taking an iPhone and wallet at the Shelton Community Center in March.
David Moreland, 18, of Plaskon Drive, is charged with credit card theft and sixth-degree larceny.
Police said the theft occurred on March 7. Moreland turned himself in at Police Headquarters June 6.
He is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court July 10.
