Thea Cox Makes Goodwin College President's List

Thea Cox achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA for the Summer 2012 Session, earning a place on Goodwin College's prestigious President's List.

Cox, a student from Weatogue, is one of only a fraction of students to reach President's List status. Of about 3,200 students, less than 175 made the President's List, which is the highest academic honor that the College bestows.

"Making the list is no trivial achievement," said Goodwin College President Mark E. Scheinberg. "Many of our students have had their difficulties in various academic environments. At Goodwin, they've found a place where their academic skills have blossomed, and I am very proud of their progress and accomplishments."

Students who make the President's List are also included on the College's Dean's List.
