Closure of Eversource Work Center Delayed
The company had planned to close the Simsbury center on July 31.

The closing of an Eversource work center in Simsbury has been delayed, reports the Hartford Courant.
In the decision, the state Public Utilities Regulatory Authority postponed the closure until more information is known about the effects of past service center closures.
A report on how the closures have affected service quality is due in October, and following that report, regulators will review whether Eversource should be allowed to close the Simsbury work center.
