Dear Friends,
Please join me on November 6th as I cast my vote for Charity Folk.
I have had the privilege of getting to know Charity over the years and let me assure you, she is more than up to the task of representing Simsbury. Charity is driven to make things better, to do things right and to make a difference. We need leadership in this State and Charity is the best person for the job.

We have unprecedented challenges before us—rampant unemployment, sky rocketing pension obligations, runaway spending and nearly insurmountable debt. These challenges call for drive, tenacity and leadership. We must address these issues together before our State falls further into financial troubles.
For over 20 years, Charity Folk has stepped up to the task and gone to work for our town. She has been raising her hand time and time again for our children, for our seniors, for our businesses and for us.

Many of you know Charity for her tireless efforts over the years ensuring that Septemberfest became the annual tradition that it is. Now is your chance to get to know her as the candidate who is willing to stand up and represent our town. Reach out to Charity, ask her about the issues that matter to her, and hear what it is that she has to say.
Charity is the leader we need to send to Hartford on behalf of Simsbury. Charity is the people of Simsbury: Charity has lived Simsbury, understands Simsbury, and has the courage to represent Simsbury.
I look forward to seeing you at the polls on Election Day as we cast our votes for Charity Folk.
Sean P. Askham
Simsbury Selectman
