Letter to the Editor: Folk for State Representative

Dear Fellow Simsbury Resident,

I hope you are well.  I have been honored to serve as your Selectman for the past 7 years, and today I am writing to make a request.   I ask you to vote for Charity Folk to be Simsbury's next State Representative.  

I am voting for Charity because she is a truly a citizen public servant, and not a career politician, and  I trust her to use her common sense and do what is best for Simsbury residents and business, and not to practice party politics.

Charity has worked on behalf of Simsbury's small businesses for over 20 years, and has supported efforts of groups like the Simsbury Land Trust that work to protect and to maintain the character of our Town.  Simply, she wants to help Simsbury continue its long tradition of being a home to seniors, families, and independent small businesses.... all living and working together to create and maintain this extraordinary community that we call home.  

So, I ask you, PLEASE vote for Charity Folk on Election Day.
