One Year Later, Simsbury Retail Space Remains Vacant

28,000 square foot retail space in Simsbury remains vacant for over a year.

It's been a little over one year since Andy Andreo decided to close the doors of Andy's Market after 33 years of business in the Simsbury community.

Andy's Market enjoyed a prime 28,000 square foot location in the center of Simsbury, but the space hasn't caught the eye of any interested business owners.

Hiram Peck, Simsbury's Director of Community Planning and Development, said the town hasn't heard of any interest in the property either.
