Simsbury Police Log for March 29—April 4

• John Ford, 60, of Simsbury was charged with driving under the influence , disorderly conduct and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for April 10.
  

• Michael Andrew Velcofsky, 18, of East Granby was charged with driving under the influence and making a restricted turn.  Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for April 13.
• Michael D. Binnall, 30, of Simsbury was charged with third degree assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date was scheduled for April 2.
  

• Brandon S. Levenson, 20, of Simsbury was charged with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for April 11.
  

• Maximillian K. Drake, 21, of Simsbury was charged with sale and delivery of alcohol to a minor. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for April 17.
• Timothy Kissell, 49, of Manchester was charged with driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for April 17.
  

• Robert J. Testa, 34, of Bristol was charged with criminal impersonation, two counts of second degree forgery, and two counts of fraud involving controlled substances. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date was scheduled for April 18.
