Simsbury Police Log for Sept. 14-20
The following arrest information was provided by the Simsbury Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Simsbury Police arrest log for the week of Sept. 14-20:
Ryan Michael McEleney, 30, of Simsbury was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with a failure to respond/infraction. Bond was set at $75 and a court date was scheduled for Sept. 27.
Henry Waverley, 36, of Tariffville was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date was scheduled for Sept. 17.

Eugene Gowen, 30, of Farmington was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for Sept. 26.
Benjamin Durst, 18, of Simsbury was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with interfering with an officer and possession of alcohol by a minor. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for Sept. 17.
