Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for Oct. 17. Rebecca Malone, 24, of Simsbury was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with driving under the influence, driving too fast for the conditions, and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for Oct. 10. Mark Rubins, 47, of Canton was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with operating an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for Oct. 10.
