Simsbury Seeks Donors To Help Families Out This Holiday Season

Simsbury Community & Social Services is looking for families to help and residents to help out for its 2025 Holiday Gift Program.

SIMSBURY, CT — The town's social services department is fully preparing for the holiday season as it looks for families to help and folks to help them out.

Simsbury Community & Social Services announced recently that it has begun its Holiday Gift Program for 2025.

This effort matches families in need with folks/families who can donate to the town to help out.

"Each year, social services matches donors with children in our community to provide holiday gifts," wrote the department in a release.

The last day for families to apply for help is Dec. 2, with income limits and applications required.

"While today it feels like Fall, we are busy planning for this holiday season," wrote Simsbury Community and Social Services.

"Please connect with our Community Social Worker about sponsoring a child in our community for holiday gifts OR securing holiday gifts for your family."
