Simsbury Takes More Action On Recreational Marijuana: Report
The Board of Selectmen voted at a meeting held this week.
SIMSBURY, CT — The Board of Selectmen voted this week to prohibit smoking of recreational marijuana on "all public property owned and/or controlled by the town," Hearst Connecticut reported.
If you're found in violation of the ordinance, which goes into effect sometime in December, you'll be fined $100, Hearst CT reported. Tobacco and vaping are not included in the new ordinance.
